Peter Pan Panto!

You can fly, you can fly, you can fly!

Nearing the end of term and all feeling a little weary,  we were treated to one final surprise- a trip to the Wyvern Theatre to watch Peter Pan! We were welcomed in the foyer by staff in appropriate Christmas jumpers and had front row seats for the performance.

When the lights went down, 'Tink' encouraged us to chant "Swindon" and she quickly became one of our favourite characters.

We loved Peter Pan the hero and some of the boys particularly loved the "silly pirates" fighting each other .SDC12209

Smee and the pirates had us all in fits of laughter, making our cheeks hurt! Our favourite part was the silly singing and dancing he did (to a mash up of the 12 days of Christmas) which ended up in disaster with Hook, Smee and one of Hooks men on the floor and covered in custard pie!

Although the crocodile appearing was a scary moment for lots of us, defeating Captain Hook by throwing rocks (styrofoam) was a definite highlight.

We would love to go back and see another show!
